Behind the Walls of the Citadel, an Army Grows

Greetings! My name is Sanya Weathers, and this past Monday was my first day at the Citadel. I’ve been lurking, trying to get a handle on this massive and intricate game. I’m going to need a lot of help from all of you to get up to speed, so as I appear on Reddit, forums, and social media, please introduce yourselves!

The game is big and intricate, but I know from a lot of experience that I will learn best from you and not the documentation. My first community job was on the beta and launch of one of the earliest MMOs called Dark Age of Camelot, and most recently I was the community person for the world simulation game State of Decay.

Being part of a world like Legends of Aria is like coming home for me. This is going to be amazing, y’all.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes, and I’ll be able to share some of it soon.

One of my own big projects (besides putting together a list of all you LoA streamers and YouTubers – if that’s you, shoot me an email at sweathers@citadelstudios.net) is getting ready for us to rock a little booth at PAX East on April 5-8. Will you be there? Meeting our fellow players is what makes all the hard work worthwhile, so let us know.

Anyway! I better get back to work! Everyone else is working hard on weapons and poster art and pulling footage for a new little trailer and tackling the bug list. Can’t let the team think they hired someone lazy, not with everything we’ve got to do before we leave beta. See you around the world.
